Projects, team and roles
Keep each business in a project of its own, add them up in Global, and invite people as viewers, managers or admins, each seeing only what their role allows.

Projects#
A project is one business: its own sources, websites, look, currency, goals and people. Global adds every project up. Switch between them at the top of the dashboard, and make a new one in Settings → New project.
Put a website and its payment sources in the same project: that’s what lets odo trace sales to visits. API keys belong to one project, and an AI assistant can be limited to one when you connect it.
Roles#
Invite people to a project by email in Settings → People.
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, and only the owner deletes a project |
| Admin | Everything a manager can, plus sources, API keys and people |
| Manager | See everything, and change the design, goals and display; add site updates and links for posts, and run experiments |
| Viewer | Watch it live, read-only |
Someone you invite signs in (or makes an account) to accept, and their role decides what they see and change. Managers and admins can also read the project through their own AI assistant. Removing someone takes effect at once, in their assistant too.
Plans#
The Starter plan is for you alone, and Growth has room for 30 people. The people on a project use its owner’s plan. More in plans and billing.
Your account#
Sign in with an email and password, or with Google, GitHub, Discord, GitLab or Twitch. Two-factor authentication, sessions and sign-in methods are in Settings → Account. Turning two-factor on signs out every other session.
